About the event
Get ready for a day of fun, creative writing activities, and storytelling at The Writing Lab! This workshop is perfect for children grades 3 to 5.
The Writing Lab is a free workshop hosted by Young Authors Inc. designed to give children a jumpstart to literacy through creative writing and storytelling. Workshops are held every 4th Saturday at the public library Dr. B.L. Perry, Jr. Branch, 2817 South Adams Street Tallahassee, Florida 32301
During our interactive sessions, children will learn how to:
Embrace their creativity through visualization and story prompts
Create characters, plots, and scenes
