About the Publisher
For more than 12 years, I’ve lived at the intersection of words, structure, and purpose.

My journey into publishing didn’t begin with books—it began with helping people make sense of complex ideas. As an instructional designer, trainer, and project leader, I learned how to take information, shape it with intention, and guide people step by step from vision to execution. That foundation now defines how I publish books and support authors at PurposePals Publishing.

Alongside my role as a publisher, I am a woman of faith, a wife, a mother of two, an author, a book coach, a motivational speaker, and a lifelong learner. Each of these roles shapes how I show up for my clients—with care, clarity, and deep respect for the stories they are called to share.
I am deeply passionate about helping authors bring their content to life. I understand that a manuscript is never just a book—it’s a message, a mission, and often a piece of someone’s heart. That’s why I’m often referred to as the author’s best friend. I don’t hand authors a checklist and wish them luck. I walk alongside each and every client from start to finish, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident throughout the publishing process.

Using proven project management strategies, I know what it takes to get an author to the finish line. From timelines and milestones to design, setup, and launch, every step is guided with intention. My goal is to remove overwhelm and replace it with structure, momentum, and peace of mind.

At the core of my work is a deep commitment to Nonviolent Communication practices. I strive to lead with empathy, active listening, and understanding in every interaction—creating a publishing experience where authors feel seen, respected, and valued.

When I’m not publishing books or coaching authors, you can usually find me visiting the beach, enjoying a picnic in the park, journaling, spending time with family and my sistah-girl circles, or indulging in delicious food and meaningful conversation.
